Do You Have Any QuestionS?
How can I book?
To provide you with an accurate quote, please send us photos taken on the same day (or within one day before or after) of your front yard, back yard, sides, and nature strip. Quotes are based on the length and thickness of the grass, the size of the property, and the amount of edging required.
When can I book?
Our roster is created every Sunday prior to the upcoming work week. To secure a guaranteed spot, please contact us at least one week in advance.
Late bookings can only be accommodated if a slot becomes available due to cancellations and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
What is the accepted mode of payment?
For first-time customers, we require payment in cash, prepared prior to the commencement of the job.
For regular and returning customers, we accept PayID, bank transfer, or cash.
Can I cancel?
While we strongly discourage cancellations as they impact our schedule, you may cancel free of charge by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee, which will be invoiced on the day.
What if I fail to send all the areas I want to be done?
The quote will be based solely on the photos you provide. If a specific area is not included in the photos, it will not be covered in the quoted price. Should you request that area to be completed on the day of service, additional charges may apply.
